Meet Staci Adam Allen

Staci Adam Allen began working in the grooming industry in 1995. While learning and working in the industry, she and her late husband reared and homeschooled three children on a small hobby farm in the Midwest. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her 13, grandchildren. Her passion is her family, faith, and helping others, both in her community and in the grooming field.

In 1985 Cosmos Bathing System introduced the first pet shampoo system, which was engineered to make the bathing process easier for groomers and pets alike. In September 2025 Cosmos introduced the NEW Cosmic Suds Frothing System. Utilizing the same stainless steel tanks, this system FROTHS the shampoo using only tablespoons of the product of your choosing! This high volume frother uses low volume shampoo, while getting deep into the coat with a simple pull of the handle.
